Enterprise Infrastructure Manager manages and coordinates the information systems that will adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure. Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects to meet company and client needs. Being an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure. Additionally, Enterprise Infrastructure Manager is responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. May assist in network interface planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enterprise Infrastructure Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.     About the Opportunity

    Solaris is looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician skilled in equipment installation, preventative maintenance, and electrical troubleshooting. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment by installing new equipment, performing regular service and maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns. This position will be supporting our Manufacturing plant in Early, TX and will work under the supervision of the Plant Manager.

    Essential Functions

    • Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
    • Utilize diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications to troubleshoot malfunctions.
    • Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
    • Remove defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts.
    • Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts, using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
    • Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges.
    • Control downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.
    • Fabricate repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
    • Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
    • Provide mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
    • Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
    • Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
    • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

    Experience/Education

    • Completion of high school diploma or equivalent.
    • 3 years of maintenance technician experience.
    • In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.
    • Experience reading and understanding electrical blueprints, schematics, mechanical drawings.
    • Ability to lift and move heavy objects with or without accommodations.
    • Ability to use forklift.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
