Enterprise Infrastructure Director manages and coordinates the information systems that will adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure. Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects to meet company and client needs. Being an Enterprise Infrastructure Director determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure. Additionally, Enterprise Infrastructure Director is responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. May assist in network interface planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enterprise Infrastructure Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Enterprise Infrastructure Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Job Overview 
     
    Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the Metro by T-Mobile brand to life. They live and breathe T-Mobile! They’re brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They are obsessed with the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where technology innovations, customer needs and the Retail experience are continuously evolving. They immerse themselves in meaningful connections with our customers, and their ability to build new and deepen existing relationships is unmatched across the wireless industry. They’re experts in uncovering our customers’ needs and have a passion to educate, demonstrate and recommend device and service solutions. RSRs Do It the Right Way, meeting performance targets including sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics. 

    Job Responsibilities: 

      Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty 

      Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding 

      Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources 

      Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology 

      Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service 

    Education: 

      High School Diploma/GED (Required) 

    Work Experience: 

      6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Preferred) 

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

      Customer Satisfaction Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with our customers. Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals. (Required) 

      Team Building Desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team. Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. (Required) 

      Retail Sales Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. (Required)
