Enterprise Infrastructure Director manages and coordinates the information systems that will adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure. Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects to meet company and client needs. Being an Enterprise Infrastructure Director determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure. Additionally, Enterprise Infrastructure Director is responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. May assist in network interface planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enterprise Infrastructure Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Enterprise Infrastructure Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.   • Job Summary: The Safety Director serves in a dual role; where the initial objective is to operate in a consultative capacity, by providing expert support, guidance, and motivation to operations management and employees at all levels. In addition, along with management, the Safety Director is expected to be a “hands on” partner in delivering various safety initiatives and programs specifically to develop a safety culture supporting the goal and daily mission of LeCom Utility Contractors.   Supervisory Responsibilities: Management and leadership of positions in the Health & Safety department   Essential Duties/Responsibilities: • Provides “safety” subject matter expertise, ensuring the most relevant and effective internal and external safety practices are used and implemented while delivering work at LeCom. •Responsible for directing the work of the safety team and guiding them in creating an injury free environment. •Lead efforts to involve employees in safety-related programs and issues. •Correct unsafe working conditions and unsafe working habits. •Conduct safety meetings, inspections, audits, and training programs. •Oversee the investigation of any event in a timely manner, determine root cause and report to Leadership. Implement proper corrective actions. •Identify, document and recommend resolution of hazardous / potentially hazardous conditions; follow through to ensure corrections have been made. •Travel to work sites and conducts regular inspections of work areas. •Implement safety systems and processes for new projects. •Responsible for rotation of rubber personal insulated protective equipment. •Travel for over night stay     Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in safety management, environmental safety, or a similar field. Required to hold and maintain an OSHA 30 Certification. Preferred experience with ANSI Z10. Ability to communicate and work with customers to develop and maintain long-term relationships. Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and provide a clean MVR. Class A CDL preferred. Demonstrated organization, planning, and scheduling skills in a field project environment. Knowledge of standard industry practices, work orders, and scheduling processes. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary to assess technical problems, estimate work hours, and identify required materials. Should have good written and verbal communication skills, must be approachable and tactful. Personal computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and project planning software.
