POSITION: Executive Director of Infrastructure and Facilities
DEPARTMENT: Administration, Gillis Campus
Starting Salary: $95,000-$105,000 annually
(Starting salary depends on education and experience)
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Executive Director of Infrastructure and Facilities has strong leadership skills to improve and maintain oversight of the efficiency of our organization's facilities plan and operations with the ultimate goal of optimizing client and team member experiences as they relate to our physical plant, environment of care, and capital footprint. This position will be responsible for all capital projects for Cornerstones of Care, a large not-for-profit with local campuses and outlaying locations. They must possess strong leadership skills, analytical and strategic thinking abilities, a talent for master facility planning, project oversight, ability to multi-task, and superior interpersonal skills.
The Executive Director of Infrastructure and Facilities provides strategic input to the Chief Administrative Officer, sharing expertise and providing advice as requested. This position is instrumental in planning and executing capital and facilities projects that align with Cornerstones of Care's strategic vision. Successful implementation of the position's responsibilities will ensure that the Organization's facilities comply with local, state, and national standards, and providing infrastructure services that facilitate high-quality service delivery to children and families. This position will maintain oversight of the environment of care as it relates to Cornerstones of Care's physical plant, vehicle fleet, and all facilities.
QUALIFICATIONS/Minimum Requirements:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to perform a range of physical motions, but not limited to: standing, walking and sitting for long periods of time; kneeling, squatting and stooping. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
