Enterprise Infrastructure Director manages and coordinates the information systems that will adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure. Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects to meet company and client needs. Being an Enterprise Infrastructure Director determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure. Additionally, Enterprise Infrastructure Director is responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. May assist in network interface planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enterprise Infrastructure Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Enterprise Infrastructure Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Responsible for performing work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of company operated mining equipment. Provide issue monitoring through internal control systems and respond as directed. Engage in daily site operations while maintaining a positive, professional, and safe work environment.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Install and remove racked mining equipment.
    • Assist in repairs and preventive maintenance of company operated mining equipment and facilities.
    • Assist in repairs and preventive maintenance of low voltage electrical systems and equipment.
    • Assist in maintaining historical repair, maintenance, and safety records.
    • Assist in maintaining site and related tools and equipment in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
    • Attend to other duties as assigned.



    Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Required and Preferred Qualifications include:

    • High school graduation or GED equivalent, plus two to four years work experience and/or associate degree plus one to two years applicable work experience. 
    • Must possess a general knowledge of electrical systems and/or computer repair. 
    • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office products and email. 
    • Electrical and/or networking accredited certifications are preferred.  
    • Ability to work in a team environment with strong communication skills.
    • Must be able to discern colors as required to distinguish color-coded electrical and network wiring.

    Physical Demands

    • Job is performed primarily outside in a variety of climates. 
    • Occasional direct contact with adverse weather conditions. 
    • Requires constant movement from one work location to another over uneven or inconsistent surfaces. 
    • Frequent standing tolerance with bending, twisting, stooping, crawling and climbing with occasional overhead reach required. 
    • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted. 
    • May be exposed to electrical shock hazard. 
    • Must wear safety shoes, safety glasses, and other protective equipment when directed. 
    • Requires occasional climbing of ladders and building up to 25 feet. 
    • Vision and hearing correctable to within normal ranges.
