The Director of IT Infrastructure is a senior-level position that leads all aspects of the design, implementation, and maintenance of McWane’s IT systems. The director will report to the VP, CIO managing the network, servers, storage devices, and other hardware and software components that support the IT operations and business objectives of the organization.

Developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance, security, and efficiency

Coordinating with vendors and contractors to procure and maintain IT equipment and services

Leading and supervising IT staff and providing mentorship and training on IT best practices

Researching and evaluating new technologies and solutions to improve IT performance and functionality

Collaborating with other senior managers and stakeholders to align IT strategy and goals with the organization’s vision and mission

Supervising and reporting on IT metrics, budgets, and projects

Maintains a custom of continuous improvement by managing long and short-term projects using approved tools.
