Must have full experience in the following-- Correspondence with Provider/clients as needed regarding full needs of their practice as it pertains to their Insurance claims and Practice Management services. This includes screenings for patient eligibility and benefits. Following up with insurance claims as needed. Accounts Receivables and applying payments. Must know how to navigate insurance calls with a full understanding of medical benefit details (Copays vs Deductibles, discussions of medical claims issues).
