Enrollment & Billing Supervisor oversees staff responsible for enrollment and billing operations for an insurance company. Ensures that information is processed accurately and appropriately. Being an Enrollment & Billing Supervisor provides guidance to junior staff on more complex enrollment or billing issues. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Enrollment & Billing Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Enrollment & Billing Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Enrollment Responsibilities:
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Clinical/program experience desired, but not required. Strong computer skills including, Microsoft office Suite required. Must be willing to learn and become proficient with electronic health record system. Must possess strong organizational and accuracy skills. Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Reliable transportation, valid Ohio Driver’s license, and a driving record that does not preclude the employee from being covered by Agency liability insurance. Must have the ability to effectively work with Agency employees, outside contacts, and a diverse client population.
