We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an Enrollment Representative. For the right individual, we are willing to provide full in-house training from the initial entry level Enrollment Representative role as well as continued development and education to be able to grow and take on roles in leadership with us.

An Enrollment Specialist with us will learn how to work with members of the community through our partnership with the Federal Lifeline Program. This partnership allows us to bridge the gap between the program and those living in underserved communities by connecting them with communications tools that allow them to secure employment and stay in contact with loved ones.

Enrollment Representative Will be Trained on:

• Basic and advanced communication skills
• The fundamentals of the Federal Lifeline Program
• Outreach tactics and campaigns
• Leadership development
• Management opportunities

Qualified Enrollment Representative Candidates Must:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required)
• Love working with members of the community and have a desire to help others
• Be able to work in both a team and independently
• Be a self-starter 
• Have a hunger for growth and new opportunities
