Billing Representative

AT A GLANCE:
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Billing Representative, you will be responsible for managing billing processes for client accounts. Your duties will include processing invoices and statements, reviewing billing reports for accuracy, reconciling payments, and communicating with clients and vendors to expedite the collection process. Proficiency in Excel 2016 is required, with QuickBooks knowledge preferred. Additionally, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing operations.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• 3-4 years' experience in a fast-paced accounting environment
• Proficiency in Excel 2016, QuickBooks knowledge preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
