The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, result-driven leader who can motivate and lead a team in a changing environment. Accountable for the day-to-day operations of the Enrollment process for the Agency With Choice (AwC) program, ensuring effective risk and quality management systems to meet operational outcomes, contractual and funder's requirements, and financial targets.
This position will serve as the primary liaison between all key stakeholders of the Program’s Enrollment process, both internal and external, to effectively communicate, coordinate and collaborate in the group's ongoing initiative to deliver quality services to its core customers.
