As the Education & Process Analyst - MBE, you will be responsible for evaluating, documenting, and updating current workflows, work instructions, and processes to ensure that Membership Billing and Enrollment (MBE) is utilizing and following standard practices, as well as ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are being met. You will utilize process improvement methodologies, data, and visuals to assist front-line staff in identifying areas of waste and opportunities for efficiencies. In addition, you will identify opportunities for training and education for the department, deliver appropriate trainings and resources to address those needs.
Education
Four-year college degree in teaching, business, Human Resources, or communications; demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Required Experience
Two years’ experience with training, training program development and/or leadership experience.
Preferred Experience
Process Improvement experience. Understanding of project management concepts and methodologies. Six Sigma or PMP certification.
