```Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Manager or Accounting Manager to join our team. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the billing process or accounting process (depending on expertise), ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the billing/accounting team, providing guidance and support
- Oversee the billing process, including invoicing, collections, and payment reconciliation
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all billing activities
- Review and analyze billing data to identify discrepancies or errors
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing-related issues
- Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in billing and coding
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant standards
- Provide training and support to staff on billing processes and software systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Billing Manager, Accounting Manager, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with medical billing, coding, and insurance processes for Billing, and General Ledger, P&L, bank reconciliation. financial reporting, and payroll, for Accounting.
- Proficient in using accounting software for billing/accounting purposes
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with medical collection processes is a plus
- Knowledge of credit analysis is an advantage
- Proficiency in data entry and accuracy
