Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with medical billing, coding, and insurance processes for Billing, and General Ledger, P&L, bank reconciliation. financial reporting, and payroll, for Accounting.
- Proficient in using accounting software for billing/accounting purposes
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with medical collection processes is a plus
- Knowledge of credit analysis is an advantage
- Proficiency in data entry and accuracy
