- Maintain accuracy in financial records by sending out statements and managing accounts effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in either Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in dental billing and collections, specifically with PPO insurances, is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in dental administration, emphasizing billing and follow-up procedures.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring productivity and adherence to established protocols.
- This position is based in our support office and does not offer remote work arrangements.
