We are looking for a dynamic, well-organized, and detail-oriented person to join our team. The tasks will be primarily answering phones, managing mail, bank deposits, scanning and document management, running errands as well as any other administrative duties assigned. As well as using multiple software and web applications. Required skills include: excellent phone and customer service skills, able to take good notes and manage caller's requests efficiently. Need to be familiar with Microsoft Office programs, and the ability to work well with a team. Preferred skills include HIPAA compliance training, and background in medical billing, although we will train for these competencies. The hours for this position are 8-4, Monday through Friday in office (not remote).
