  • The Engineering Manager provides project development and execution, business development, resource recruiting and development and customer/vendor development. This is done using strong project execution methodologies, established procedures and using good judgment in making adaptations and modifications. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical ability, communication skills, the ability to mentor others and establish relationships with clients and vendors.

    Primary Responsibilities:
The position requires the ability to deliver outstanding results throughout a range of complex and small control system projects. The candidate must have the ability to conceptualize, detail and implement control systems for various processes and discrete automation projects while managing scope, schedule and budget effectively. Ideal candidate will be comfortable working in the field as necessary to review and verify instrumentation, control hardware, networks, and electrical work to ensure quality deliverables are provided to the customer.
