Engineering Manager manages all engineering activities within a department including design, development, production and testing. Implements and maintains overall engineering objectives and initiatives. Being an Engineering Manager confronts and solves performance/operational issues to improve development efficiency. Leads and develops the engineering team. Additionally, Engineering Manager oversees a robust project management process and delivery timelines to keep projects on schedule and on budget. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline. Typically reports to a director. The Engineering Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. POSITION SUMMARY:
This role will develop, implement, and manage quality control systems and team designed to ensure continuous production of industry-leading, high-quality products consistent with established standards, customer specifications, and production goals. This role with also establish and maintain processes and procedures necessary to monitor and react to the quality of incoming raw materials, production processes, and performance of products in the field.
This role will also develop, implement, and manage regulatory compliance for local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations relevant to our operations including but not limited to REACH, SCIP, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, Prop 65, and UL.
This role also oversees the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) of the organization as well as Technical Services department.

HOURS:
This is a full-time 40 hour per week role working four ten-hour days Monday – Thursday between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm. Occasionally longer hours may be required.
