As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Reliability Manager, Maintenance Supervisor), you'll oversee all maintenance and reliability activities to ensure optimal plant operation. This includes managing Maintenance Business Management, Maintenance Materials Inventory (MRO), Maintenance Recruit to Retire, Manufacturing Process Reliability and Equipment Reliability. You'll also manage technical skills of electrical, electronics, controls programming, mechanical systems, waste treatment, stockroom, building and grounds, utilities systems. You'll be responsible for coordinating and executing maintenance-related capital budget items and managing a team of up to 30 technicians.
