Our large manufacturing client located in Clayton, North Carolina, is looking for an Engineering Aide, to add to their team.
Position's Contributions to Work Group: This person will be working with the larger Small Wheel Loader engineering team to provide support in several key areas. Their responsibilities will include (but not limited to) ordering and tracking parts for machine builds, tracking build issues - driving them to resolution, and organizing and tracking rework items and schedules.
Typical Day: -Working with engineers to order parts and track their arrival. -Host a weekly meeting to discuss and schedule upcoming reworks.
Education Requirements: Associate's degree in a related field
5-7 years of relevant experience (internship experience included)
Technical Skills: Required: Data Management (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
Soft Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
