Engineering Aide jobs in Layton, UT

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Facility Mechanic, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/pneumatic systems, repair equipment, and work independently and with team members to ensure timely and safe repairs. You may also serve as a backup to production line workers.

• High School Diploma required, Associate's Degree in Vocational Training in Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics or Technical School Certification in related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Mechanical System (CMMS), experience with HMI’s, work orders, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
• Experience with machines like Blow Molding Machine, Conveyor Systems, Injection Molding Machine, Palletizer, Pelletizer Machine.
