Engineer assists in design, development, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems. Performs simple and routine engineering design tasks with standard techniques. Being an Engineer assists more senior engineers in the preparation of plans, designs, computation methods and reports. Requires a bachelor's degree of engineering. Additionally, Engineer typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Engineer works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Effectively and professionally communicates with co-workers and supervisor.

Ensures all fire and safety inspections are completed and any discrepancies are corrected.
Administers the preventative maintenance program as required, properly completing work orders on time.
Completes training regarding safety, security, department procedures, and service guidelines.
Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
Meets with vendors and suppliers to discuss the scope of, and products and materials used in, repair activities.
Obtains pricing and bids as directed.
