Energy Representative is responsible for providing energy efficiency advice to customers. Develops, communicates, and monitors programs related to energy efficiency, sustainability, waste management, and environmental impact. Being an Energy Representative develops and distributes educational material; evaluates and recommends alternatives to existing systems or processes. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Energy Representative typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be an Energy Representative typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Position Summary:
The Customer Operation Representative process orders daily, communicates delays, product availability and
any other pertinent information that relates to the timeliness of Customer’s orders. Heavy communication to
both internal & external Customers and departments. Facilitate and support Customer needs within Supply
Chain. Provides input to CS Manager as needed upon request.
