Devlin Energy is a local, family-owned electrical & solar contracting company experiencing unprecedented growth. Serving the New England area for nearly 15 years, we are looking to add a highly motivated individual to our team. 

Overview: The Account Manager (AM) leads our team to have successful relationships with our sales teams and customers.  As the primary point of contact for their assigned accounts, the AM drives the project by helping to resolve issues and monitor project flow from the sale origination through getting the system in service.  The position requires excellent communication skills and a “customer first” attitude. 

Position Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9-5 (flexible)

Location: Main Office located in Rockland, MA

The job includes but it not limited to: 

• Calling Customer’s to Schedule Installations. 
• Creating Installation Calendars events on the Devlin Internal Solar Calendars (inviting all proper crew members and adding all proper job scope notes)  
• Work with project manager to ensure all solar stock and equipment have been ordered and the acknowledgements are added to the calendar events for the crews  
• Responsible for updated notes in Zoho per project with any customer’s issues and or information. 
• Responsible for maintaining general housekeeping on Devlin internal CRM related to process and project close out.  
• Responsible for helping maintain the site survey calendar and completions of site survey information 
• Responsible for Helping Design and Engineering Department with Daily Scrubs of those buckets to ensure projects are moving forward in a timely manner. 
• Assist with service team and customer service inquiries.

Highly organized and effective note taking

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite
