Effectively utilizes training programs to develop sales and operations expertise Manages the day-to-day operations within the branch including safety, warehousing, and distribution Manage sales, sales growth, and sales margins and collaborates with the team to ensure order accuracy and properly schedule customer deliveries Working with corporate Inventory Department and Operations Manager, manages branch inventory, daily hard goods inventory cycle counts, and warehouse appearance Requirements: Four-year degree required plus a minimum of 3 years
