• Provide field instrumentation support for all process equipment. The systems maintained utilize pneumatic, hydraulic, electro-mechanical and electronic elements and tie into SCADA system.
• Develop and safely execute work plans covering installation, calibration, inspection, and troubleshooting tasks within a work order driven system, to minimize production impacts and enhance the reliability of the operation.
• Assist in maintaining instrumentation and measurement devices.
• Participation in HSER program and develop corrective actions as a part of a continuous EH&S program improvement.
• Installs and calibrates EFM meters, insures all measurement-testing schedules are performed to API, AGA standards.
• Performs gas sample analysis; Maintains calibration and gas sampling equipment.
• Installs and calibrates end devices such as pressure transducers, temperature transmitters, LEL devices and valve positioners.
• Install and maintain custody meters and witnessing schedule performed to API, AGA, and BLM Standards.
• Installs and maintains batteries, solar panels, and battery charge controllers.
• Installs and maintains IP and serial communication towers, and end device connections.
• Installation, programming and maintenance of remote communications hardware and electronic alarms.
