MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

The dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating and scheduling field operations for our oil and gas well services division in La Salle, CO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dispatching within the oil and gas industry, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and dispatch field personnel to work sites according to scheduled tasks and priorities, including drivers, technicians, and service crews.
• Monitor field activities and maintain constant communication with field personnel to ensure timely task completion and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with field supervisors and managers to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and address any issues or concerns that may arise during operations.
• Utilize dispatching software and tools to track the location of vehicles, equipment, and personnel in real time.
• Respond promptly to incoming service requests, prioritize urgent tasks, and allocate resources accordingly to meet customer demands.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including job assignments, work orders, equipment utilization, and employee schedules.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure the availability of necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for field operations.
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance schedules, and equipment usage to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or operations coordination, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• A minimum of one year of basic oilfield well-servicing expertise or work experience in a related field is required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using dispatch software (IronSight) and MS Office applications.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
