    Chemoil Energy is seeking a Lubricant/Chemical Dispatcher experienced is preferred but not necessary for the Oil & Gas Industry.

    Position is based in Downtown Oklahoma City .

    This position is part time to full time 40 hours max.

    Nights and weekends required.

    Role and Responsibilities

    Lubricant/Chemical Dispatcher

    We are 1st committed to providing excellent knowledge of our services offered working with our customers via phone, text, or email.

    Dispatcher will have multiple roles and responsibilities and will assist with customer service of established customers taking orders and inputting them into order entry and dispatch program.

    This position is a combination of dispatching and data entry and collating documents to ensure accounting receives full and correct information to invoice orders to customers.

    Some duties include but not limited to:

    • Receive calls from customers to facilitate on time delivery of products and services.
    • Enter orders into the Titan system and dispatch drivers and trucks to fulfill customer’s expectations.
    • Work with drivers and operation team to make every delivery the most cost –efficient and profitable as possible.
    • Know inventories of products on hand to make sure that sufficient levels of products are inventoried to take care of customer’s needs into the future.
    • Let lube management know of needed supplies of lubricants and supplies to fulfill company and customer’s needs.
    • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
    • Develop a complete understanding of the Chemoil value proposition from supply to back-office administration.
    • Listen to the customer and help sales and operation tailor the offering to meet customer’s needs. • Communicate range of product and service offerings to key and target accounts.
    • Maintain an excellent understanding of market drivers and customer business processes.
    • Facilitate customer inquiries and coordinate them with Operations, Technical Services, Accounting and other departments.

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    Hard work ethic and communication skills including ability while demonstrating the desire to provide world class customer service while performing duties for customer & additional Chemoil employees including but not limited to the below:

    • Experience with dispatching and or truck and product logistics.
    • Exposure to the oilfield environment or other heavy industrial markets
    • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
    • Strong organization and time management skills
    • Excellent customer follow-up and responsiveness skills
    • Ability to work independently or on a team
    • Excellent relationship-building skills
    • Good experience with MS Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

    Preferred Skills

    Self-starting motivated individuals who enjoy working in the dynamic natural resources business are preferred candidates. Customer’s work closely with our personnel, therefore good organization and communication skills are crucial. Chemoil provides training to ensure trainees are confident and capable prior to working independently.

    Heavy multi- tasking skills a must.

    Hourly wage negotiable with experience $15.00- $18.00 per hour starting.
