The Frankfort Plant Board has an opening for a full-time Dispatcher. The successful candidate will assist customers with outage reporting, service questions, disconnects, and technical issues. The successful candidate will receive, transmit, and relay information concerning service outages and activities to, from, and between FPB supervisors, employees, and customers, and 911 center.
Schedule will be a non-traditional work week, which will include some weekends. Shift schedule: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Qualified applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training. Must be able to respond to calls in emergency situations at all hours.
