Energy Dispatch Supervisor supervises the operations and activities of an energy dispatch control room. Oversees the work of dispatchers and ensures compliance with company policies, practices, and procedures. Being an Energy Dispatch Supervisor requires at least an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager/head of unit. The Energy Dispatch Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. POSITION SUMMARY
Oversee and supervise a work group meet department goals.
Schedule will be Monday - Friday from 5 : 00am - 2 : 30pm, or until work is complete. Required overtime during peak seasons

Physical demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls;
reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk, hear, taste and / or smell; the employee must occasionally lift products weighing up to approximately 80 pounds.
Handling of tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) greater than approximately 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Protective equipment required : steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt , SRL (self-retracting lifeline).
All equipment is provided by U.S. AutoForce except for steel / composite toe boots.
Work environment : While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Fumes associated with tires and occasionally car parts and lubricants prevalent.
