Title: Director of Energy Procurement

Position Summary:
The Director of Energy Procurement is responsible for the contractual arrangements related to purchases and sales of energy for all the North American sites. The Director must maintain a close relationship with suppliers and serving utilities in addition with the mill’s operation and management. The Director is also responsible for establishing budgeting and forecasting guidance at a business and site level. Working closely with trade association and working knowledge of the market, the Director will monitor energy regulatory and legislative issues that could impact the company and establish intervention plans. The Director will have the support of and will lead a team of two Energy managers.
