We are currently in search of experienced Landlord/Tenant Plaintiffs' Attorneys to serve our growing clientele.
Position Overview: Once vetted, selected candidates will be added to our preferred attorney's list of landlord/tenant attorneys and able to receive calls from potential clients immediately.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial consultations with clients seeking advice or representation in landlord-tenant disputes.
Provide clear, accurate, and actionable legal guidance tailored to each client's unique situation.
Possess the flexibility to either retain the client for further representation or refer them to another trusted legal partner.
Stay updated on current landlord-tenant laws and legal trends to provide clients with the most accurate and current advice.
Collaborate with the Mold Law Group team on any relevant updates, challenges, or insights.
Qualifications:
Barred in WY ONLY
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
A minimum of 2 years experience in landlord-tenant law, with a proven track record of successful consultations and representations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
