Advises management on legal matters and ensures compliancy to protect company against legal liability. Being an Employment Law Attorney requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Requires admittance to a state bar. Additionally, Employment Law Attorney typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Employment Law Attorney work is closely managed. The compensation package ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, inclusive of incentives, health benefits, and 401(k) contributions. We pay for all bar dues, CLE fees, and relocation bonuses may also be on the table.
