Busy law firm in Downtown Oklahoma City seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Paralegal to join our team and work directly with the attorney to support the family law portion of our practice.Are you meticulous in your work and pay great attention to detail? We are dedicated to providing top-notch legal services to our clients, and we need a Paralegal to ensure that every detail is handled with precision and care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with document management systems, including filing and organizing legal documents
- Assisting attorneys with drafting legal documents related to Family Law matters.
- Managing administrative tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and court hearings
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including drafting correspondence and preparing legal documents
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating with witnesses
- Corresponding with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals via phone, email, and mail.
Experience:
- - Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.- - Proficiency in data entry and document management systems, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Windows OS and Google suite.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Paralegal is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
