A Senior Business Law Attorney is high-level attorney with a practice focused on Business law for at least 10-15 years. The successful Senior Business Law attorney is self-directed and thrives with supported autonomy. The Senior Business Law Attorney generally generates most or all their own billable work. Some portion of their work may come through Gravis Law’s lead generation and marketing and/or other attorneys in the office. This position requires the ability to work closely with corporate clients, business unit leaders, business partners, as well as outside advisors and CPAs. The position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, participate in complex planning and transactions, and frequently interact with business owners and high-net-worth individuals. Wage: Potential total compensation is $150,000 - $250,000 per year with base and bonus

WORK ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Duties will be performed in a standard office environment. Employees must have the ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with Gravis policy. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will occasionally be required to work weekends, holidays, be on call, and some employees could be required to travel overnight on occasion.
