Responsibilities:
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions.
- Conduct legal research for issues related to cases when necessary.
- Prepare and respond to discovery.
- Conduct initial consultations with potential clients.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication with clients, court officials, opposing counsels and other.
- Manage caseload from start to finish under the supervision of the senior attorney.
Requirements:
We need an organized, motivated, self-starter person to take ownership of their role and cases with confidence to do what needs to be done for us all to succeed. We are the opposite of micromanagers, and we are looking for a rockstar to join our team with confidence to manage their caseload to do what needs to be done to bring our clients success. The right person will be licensed by the Oklahoma State Bar and be in good standing for no less than 3 years.
