Advises management on legal matters and ensures compliancy to protect company against legal liability. Being an Employment Law Attorney requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen and forward phone calls
- Take messages and schedule/confirm appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails
- perform clerical duties such as copying, filing, and faxing various documents
SKILLS:
- Previous experience is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in computerized systems, including Microsoft
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong file management skills for maintaining organized records
