    Job Description:
    We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. As a Family Law Attorney at Baxley Maniscalco, you will be responsible for representing clients in all aspects of family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, adoption, alimony, domestic violence, and prenuptial agreements. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals, providing expert legal guidance and advocacy throughout the legal process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in family law matters.
    • Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy development.
    • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, and court filings.
    • Represent clients in mediation, negotiation, and litigation proceedings.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
    • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
    • Stay updated on developments in family law and relevant legal trends.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the Alabama state bar and in good standing.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law.
    • Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client advocacy.
    • Experience with alternative dispute resolution methods is a plus.
    • Proficiency in relevant legal research and case management software.
