    What you will do:

    • Deliver exceptional and courteous customer service
    • Build your own personal book of business.
    • Meet with prospective B2B prospects to earn their business.
    • Work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment
    • Achieve targeted performance goals to support H4's industry-leading operation standards
    • Determine applicable amounts of coverage's for clients to protect them in case of a claim.
    • Provide Quotes for clients that are renewing from your book of business.
    • Be a team player.

    Notice of Licensing Requirement

    As a condition of your employment, you are expected to comply with the state specific licensing process and requirements to perform work as an insurance agent, customer relationship specialist, direct sales specialist, or outbound specialist. If you do not complete these requirements within the time frame designated by the hiring department, your contract with Cornerstone Employee Benefits may be terminated. Please also note that any outstanding fines that you may have previously incurred are your responsibility and must be paid as a condition of your employment.
