Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineering Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our systems and infrastructure. This is a critical role in our molding facility that requires strong expertise and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Major Responsibilities:

- Monitor system health and proactively address any issues or bottlenecks

- Writing and maintaining BOM's for awarded programs.

- Writing the purchase orders for tool components.

- Help with resin testing for awarded programs.

- Track tool maintenance and tool log sheet.

- Work with tool shop on tool work orders daily.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role

- 2 years of experience in engineering

- Good understanding of general engineering applications is a plus.

- Willing to learn new things

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Education:

-High school deploma or equivelent preffered.

Experience

-Knowledge of Microsoft office

-ERP experience is a plus
