Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Team Administrator based within the Early Intervention Service (EIS) at Lancashire and South Cumbria Foundation Trust (LSCFT).
EIS specialises in working with individuals aged 14 to 65 at risk of, or currently experiencing, first episode of psychosis.
The post holder will work as part of EIS, The Bay, and will be based in Barrow-in-Furness.
You will be responsible for assisting the Administration Team by providing high quality, comprehensive and efficient administrative support across The Bay locality, including general office duties as well as ensuring Referral to Treatment (RTT) targets are met in line with Trust standards.
You will provide support to clinical staff and patients alike, whilst upholding Trust values and maintaining respect and confidentiality at all times.
Evidence of a good general education is essential together with excellentcommunication and organisational skills. A sound knowledge of Microsoft packages is required, and previous experience of working within the NHS will be an advantage.
Base - (flexibility would be considered) Fairfield Centre, Barrow, SouthCumbria, Murley Moss Business Park Kendal or Victoria House, Thornton Road, Morecambe.
