Employee Services Manager manages the selection, design, and implementation of employee engagement programs geared to attract and retain employees and promote a healthy and productive work environment. Administers programs focused on work-life, child care, fitness, discounts, remote working, education, training, and others to provide options that engage employees. Being an Employee Services Manager analyzes and assesses program utilization, employee feedback, competitiveness, and workforce productivity to ensure that a cost-effective mix of programs is offered. Reviews and researches complex questions and identifies opportunities to improve employee engagement and work experience. Additionally, Employee Services Manager implements policies and procedures to guide department workflow to control program costs, promoting efficiency and optimizing administrative hours delegated to programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Employee Services Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Employee Services Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The candidate must exhibit exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, accept direction, be customer service oriented, and skilled with technology.     Minimum Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 1-2 years of experience working in a professional office and fast-paced environment
    • Proficient with MS Office Suite
    • Comfortable and familiar with CRM platforms
    • Industry experience
    • Knowledge with financial service platforms; experience with the Cambridge Investment Research platform, specifically, is a plus

    Position Overview:
    The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support for the Chief Advisor by organizing and ensuring smooth operations within the office. Always putting the client first, this position will be heavily dependent upon a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and desire to go above and beyond. Other responsibilities include development of positive client relationships and compliance support.
     
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Install and maintain clear procedures for account opening, transfer of accounts, follow-up with custodians, and ongoing client service
    • Ensure firm is meeting its financial and service commitments to clients in a manner that is efficient, economical and compliant with all applicable rules and policies
    • Create and refine HR policies and goals of establishing productive workplace environments
    • Communicate with the broker/dealer and product sponsor contacts
    • Processing new client applications
    • Handle servicing of specific client accounts (opening, closing, and transferring of accounts)
    • Manage Advisors calendar, keep Advisor organized, and prep for all client meetings
    • Set, reschedule and confirm appointments
    • Keep CRM updated
    • Attend seminars/workshops and follow up with the prospects form the seminars
    • Assist Advisors with follow up on Marketing Leads
    • Track weekly and monthly progress, including number of calls made, appointments set, and appointments kept with Chief Advisor
