Employee Services Director directs the selection, design, and implementation of employee engagement programs geared to attract and retain employees and promote a healthy and productive work environment. Evaluates programs focused on work-life, child care, fitness, discounts, remote working, education, training, and others to provide options that engage employees. Being an Employee Services Director develops processes to analyze and assess program utilization, employee feedback, competitiveness, and workforce productivity to ensure that a cost-effective mix of programs is offered. Designs policies and procedures to promote efficiency and optimize administrative hours to control costs. Additionally, Employee Services Director researches and remains up to date with evolving changes in the employee experience space to identify areas to improve employee engagement and work experience. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Employee Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Employee Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. The candidate must exhibit exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, accept direction, be customer service oriented, and skilled with technology.     Minimum Requirements:
    • HS Diploma
    • Some experience in working in a professional office and fast-paced environment
    • Proficient skills with MS Office Suite
    • Comfortable and familiar with CRM platforms
    • Industry experience preferred, but not required
    Position Overview:
    The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support for the team by organizing and ensuring smooth operations within the office. Always putting clients first, this position will be heavily dependent upon a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and desire to go above and beyond. Other responsibilities include development of positive client relationships.
     
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, warm manner
    • Ensure vendor supplies are stocked for client meetings
    • Maintain the office environment in an immaculate and organized condition
    • Input prospects into database
    • Develop and mail letters to clients for various purposes upon request
    • Manage Advisors calendar, keep Advisor organized, and prep for all client meetings
    • Set, reschedule and confirm appointments
    • Run errands as needed
    • Keep CRM updated with client interaction
    • Attend seminars/workshops and follow up with the prospects from the seminars
    • Work independently and proactively to meet personal and business goals
    • Assist Advisors with follow up on Marketing Leads
    • General back up support for all other positions consisting of varied tasks as needed
