Who we are: Tier One is a military relocation company headquartered in Weirton, WV. We manage relocation for military members and their families across the nation and are dedicated to providing the best in class service throughout the relocation process.

Position Summary: responsible for categorizing and filing documents using specific classifications with in our company while abiding by the rules and regulations per the DOT regulations.

This position is 100% remote.

Required Education, Knowledge & Skills:

· High school diploma, some college related courses or Associates Degree desired

• Data entry and process experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills – MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with superior organizational and strong time management with the ability to prioritize and complete assignments on schedule
• Positive interpersonal and problem resolution skills
• Professional, friendly customer-centered demeanor

Job Functions:

· Track and obtain required documentation pertaining to a military move.

· Process documents into our proprietary database to ensure distribution to military installations.

· Timely respond to agents and government facility inquiries

· Answer and direct incoming calls

· Provide excellent customer service using sound judgement and decision making

· Typing, filing, scanning, copying and general office clerical duties

· Ability to interpret procedures and ensure understanding of compliance

· Performs other job-related duties as needed

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
