A reputable community hospital near the White Mountains is hiring a Director of Perioperative Services to oversee its Operating Room, Same Day Surgery, and PACU. In this role, you will provide leadership to the departments, oversee the daily operations, manage & develop departmental personnel, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in the delivery of patient care. Responsibilities:

• Directs, collaborates, and evaluates perioperative personnel to ensure safe, effective, efficient, and quality patient care.
• Participates in the recruitment, selection, training, and retention of personnel.
• Supporting staff and serving as a clinical resource.
• Facilitates efficient patient flow and work processes.
• Staffing and scheduling.

Qualifications:

• A BSN is required, and an MSN is preferred.
• Active RN License.
• 5 years of OR experience is required.

Additional info:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, days
• Compensation: $115,000-$130,000, depending on experience.
