Being an Employee Relocation Representative is responsible for minimizing time consumed and moving costs. Manages payments of associated services and reimbursements of related expenses. Additionally, Employee Relocation Representative may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Employee Relocation Representative works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.     Responsibilities:

    • Provide general administrative support for the account management team.

    • Maintain client documents in ImageRight and network drive.
    • Ensure accurate and timely response to all outstanding issues. 
    • Respond to requests from all partners by stated timeframes.
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal partners, clients, and carriers.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Entry-level position. College degree preferred.
    • Customer service experience preferred.
    • Must be willing to earn life and disability insurance license.
    • Knowledge of BenefitPoint and ImageRight preferred.
    • Ability to set priorities and manage deadlines.
    • Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products. 
    • Detail oriented and prioritizes accuracy. 
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Eager to learn new concepts and further professional development.
    • Open to feedback and coaching.
    • Ability to define problems and generate potential solutions.
