Job Summary:

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for answering incoming calls and directing callers to their party in a professional, timely and accurate manner, in addition to other office functions. They also will perform various HR administrative functions and assist the HR team as needed.

Essential Functions:

• Answer incoming calls and properly route the calls within the appropriate timeframe
• Greet all guests politely and professionally
• Identify NEI Support requests and take action to forward emails and calls when a team member is absent
• Issue, update, and deactivate badges for building access
• Manage the company mail distribution process
• Reasonable and reliable attendance and timeliness when reporting to work and completing work
• Interact well with others

Other functions:

• Order food, milestone awards, gifts, etc. on behalf of the company
• Update Intranet as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook, as well as general database use
• Experience with multi-line phone system
