Military Move Coordinator

Job Summary

Tier One Relocation and the US Military NEED you! We are looking to a fill a Military Move Coordinator position based out of our Warrensburg, MO location. This position is responsible for both inbound and outbound calls to from military members, business partners and internal associates related to members move services. Assists customers questions and concerns on all components of move using various tools and systems. Responsible for maintaining appropriate records including follow-up as required. Performs other duties as assigned.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide fast and courteous service via inbound calls from external customers, business partners and internal colleagues
• Completes scheduled outbound calls to members, business partners and internal colleagues as required
• Utilize various systems and tools to initiate and assist in responding to members requests
• Continually maintain a working knowledge of all services and requirements of processing members orders
• Maintain complete and accurate records of contact
• May act as designated representative for designated accounts
• May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required

Required Skills and Education

• The minimum education for this position is a high school degree or general education degree (GED)
• Some college course work preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Two to three years’ experience in customer service preferred
• This position requires excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Solid problem-solving skills
• Teamwork orientated
• Strong verbal skills and phone skills for the purpose of booking member moves
• Gathering data for problem-solving and for communicating results to customers
