Employee Relocation Representative facilitates the relocation process and performs all administrative duties pertaining to relocation. Assists the employee and/or family on all facets of relocation, including sale of current residence, lease cancellation, home purchase or rental, realtor selection, mortgage assistance, and movement of household goods. Being an Employee Relocation Representative is responsible for minimizing time consumed and moving costs. Manages payments of associated services and reimbursements of related expenses. Additionally, Employee Relocation Representative may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Employee Relocation Representative works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. The Relocation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the relocation process of incoming and outgoing referrals.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Field leads for incoming and outgoing referrals, assess client needs, respond to inquiries
- Counsel clients throughout the relocation process
- Administer electronic lead management systems and assist with drip marketing campaigns
- Review broker market analyses for accuracy
- Assist in contract presentations
- Facilitate closing arrangements, final billings, and commission payouts
- Handle correspondence, support other relocation staff, and assist with special projects
Performance Requirements and Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in business or related field preferred
- Two to four years’ business experience – Real estate or relocation experience preferred
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
- Strong computer proficiency
