Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining industrial security program. Perform regular security inspections and resolve security risks or threats. Develops and administers JMATS security program and procedures for the protection of classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements security regulations that apply to JMATS operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares work instruction outlining security procedures to comply with DoD and AF regulations. Establishes procedures and conducts security education training for handling, storing of classified material, ensuring all security container custodians and personnel are equipped and certified. The Security Representative provides security education training to maintain operation security (OPSEC), Restricted Area Badge, and other security related training. The Security Representative is responsible for keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor's access to restricted areas, records and materials. Conducts monthly inspections and tracks resolutions of write-ups. Controlled area Monitor for all Formal Training Unit’s controlled areas. Maintains records, inspections and certifications with Security Forces. Investigates security incidents and violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Responsible for controlling access to USAF facilities, produces/issues and audits security access badges, vetting of cleared personnel to ensure proper access policies are adhered to and ensures proper escort of uncleared visitors. Inspects, test and maintains security electronic access control and Intrusion Detection System. Works with vendors, government and security forces to ensure system meets all JMATS security requirements. Available to respond as required to after hours and holiday emergency situations. Works with customer Security Mangers to ensure classified visitor request are maintained to support the formal and refresher training requirements.

Establish and maintain an effective Industrial Security Program
Provide security education training to a 24x7 workforce.
Work with Government agencies to ensure facilities comply with all EMSEC/ Physical and RMF for both classified and unclassified computer accreditation requirements.
Maintain facilities Intrusion Detection system and do quarterly alarm test with host base Security Forces.
Maintain facilities Access Control System and perform minor maintenance of system, such as replacement of system batteries.
Maintain a current Visitor Access List of all employees to the host base.
Quarterly Entry Authorization List updates for all controlled areas
Working knowledge of national Industrial Security System (NISS), Security Information Management Systems (SIMS), National Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), JPAS and processing adverse actions.
General Knowledge of industrial security including National Industrial Security Program Disciplines such as personnel security, physical security, visits, contracting, security education and training, counterintelligence, Insider Threat, and Classification and Marking.
2-4 years of experience in an industrial security role.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position will be on site at Little Rock AFB will require adherence to the Government site hours of operation. This position is a full-time position, expected to work 40 hours a week. This position may require evening/weekend work and work outside of the Government site hours of operations when needed to support Program needs.
Travel
Must be willing and able to travel to support the needs of the operating command being supported as required by the operating command local requirements. Travel is expected about 5% a year
Security Clearance
Secret Clearance is required.
