Establishes, implements, and maintains policies and practices for assisting employees and their families as they relocate. Being an Employee Relocation Manager works to minimize relocation costs and disruption of work for the employee and the organization. Approves relocation budgets and plans and the disbursement of funds. Additionally, Employee Relocation Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Employee Relocation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Key Responsibilities:

Manage payroll processing for our employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
Provide assistance with employee inquiries and address basic HR-related issues.
Learn and adhere to HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
Strong interest in human resources and willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
